Chemical Conversion
Chemical Conversion involves creating a film on aluminum alloy casting components, not only reducing grease residue from prior production processes but also providing an improved adhesive surface for subsequent coating.
HYTEK CAST employs an advanced chemical conversion line with Automatic Chemical Feeders and Temperature Control system.

Coating (Wet/Powder Coating)
